Business Information
1. Placing an Order
When you submit an order through melavora.com, you are requesting to purchase the selected products at the price and on the terms shown at checkout. Before submitting payment, you are responsible for reviewing product selections, quantities, shipping details, billing details, contact information, and the final order total.
2. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not always mean the order has been finally accepted for fulfillment. We may contact you if additional verification is reasonably required.
We may cancel or decline an order where permitted by law, including when payment cannot be authorized, an item is unavailable, information appears materially inaccurate, fraud is suspected, or there is an obvious product or pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.
3. Pricing
Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change before an order is submitted. Once an order is accepted, the applicable transaction price is the amount confirmed for that order, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their security checks and terms.
5. Taxes, Duties & Charges
Applicable taxes or shipping charges collected by us will be shown at checkout. For destinations where customs duties, import taxes, or carrier charges may apply, responsibility may depend on local law and the checkout arrangement.
6. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $39 USD or more. For orders below the threshold, any applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

8. Tracking
When available, tracking information is provided after shipment. Tracking may not update immediately after dispatch. If a shipment appears significantly delayed or lost, contact Customer Support so the delivery issue can be reviewed.
9. Address Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun or a package has shipped.
10. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order has shipped. A request is not guaranteed if fulfillment has already begun. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and the applicable return process must be followed after delivery.
11. 30-Day Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy. Returns must be authorized before shipment to the designated return facility.
12. Preference-Based Returns
For change-of-mind or other preference-based returns not caused by a product or fulfillment issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
13. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos or video where relevant. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer where the issue is confirmed.
14. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an approved returned item is received and inspected. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.
15. Product Information
Please review the applicable product page before ordering. Dimensions, materials, compatible uses, included components, care information, and appearance may vary by product. Minor color differences may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
16. Reasonable Household Use
Unless a product page states otherwise, products are offered primarily for ordinary consumer use. Use products in accordance with the instructions and warnings supplied with the product and any information shown on the product page.
17. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, exclusions, quantity limits, or expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other promotions.
18. Fraud Prevention & Verification
We may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures and may request additional verification where a transaction appears unusual or inconsistent. We will not request passwords or complete payment-card credentials through ordinary customer support communications.
19. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information, using an authorized payment method, reviewing product details before purchase, and following return instructions when requesting a return.
20. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Purchase is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
21. Relationship to Other Policies
